PartyeShisha Refund & Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for consideration.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Returns are not guaranteed and are accepted at our sole discretion.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Flavours or consumable products — these are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Items that have been used, opened, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
- Sale or clearance items once purchased and delivered.
- Products outside the 30-day return window.
3. Returns for Invalid Reasons
If a return is requested for reasons that do not qualify under our shipping or product terms (for example, a change of mind or damage to unrelated/old items), the return may still be processed as a goodwill exception. In these cases:
- A 20% processing fee will be applied to the refund amount to cover administrative and handling costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact our Customer Support team to request return authorization.
- Use An Post (our primary courier service) for returning goods unless otherwise instructed.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent by us.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.
- Refunds will exclude any processing fees and non-refundable original shipping costs.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
7. Important Notes
- All returns must be sent using An Post unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted returns are at our discretion and must meet all policy criteria.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
