1. Shipping Provider
We now use An Post as our primary courier service for all deliveries within Ireland and internationally. This enables tracked delivery and reliable service for our customers.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to postal conditions, high order volumes, and seasonal delays (especially around Christmas).
Ireland (Domestic)
- Express Delivery (tracked via An Post)
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch
- Orders placed before [cut-off time] may be dispatched the same day (subject to processing capacity and stock availability).
International
- International delivery timelines depend on destination and local postal services.
- Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days (varies by country).
Please note that delivery times are provided by the courier and may be longer during peak periods or due to customs procedures for international shipments.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- A link to track your parcel on the An Post website
This allows you to monitor delivery progress directly with the courier.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
All shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local postal facility.
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping Delays
During busy seasons (e.g., Christmas), delivery times may be extended due to increased demand and courier processing times. We will always keep you informed if there are notable delays.
8. Signature & Proof of Delivery
Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to sign, the courier may leave a card for collection or attempt redelivery.
9. Parcels Marked as Delivered
Once the tracking shows delivered, the package is considered received. If you believe your parcel was marked delivered in error, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue.
